"We had a really lovely experience with KAM Airport Cars, and we especially want to thank Mr Raj for making our time in Hounslow so much easier and more comfortable. Heathrow private hire — common questions
Where are you based and where do you pick up from?
We are a TfL licensed private hire operator (licence 9452) based at 96 Whitton Dene, Hounslow, TW3 2JU, next to Heathrow. We pick up from any address in London and across the UK, and from all major UK airports.
How much is a private hire from Heathrow to Birmingham?
Heathrow to Birmingham is a fixed £185 in a Saloon, £200 Estate, £230 7 Seater MPV and £285 9 Seater Minibus.
What is included in the fixed fare?
Fares are all-inclusive: meet and greet inside the terminal, airport parking, 60 minutes free waiting after landing, flight tracking and tolls. There are no surge prices.
How long is the free waiting time?
For airport pickups the driver waits up to 60 minutes free after your flight lands. For address pickups 15 minutes free waiting is included.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup time automatically, at no extra cost.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Baby seats and booster seats are available on request when you book.
How much luggage fits in each vehicle?
Saloon: 4 passengers, 2 large cases. Estate: 4 passengers, 4 cases. 7 Seater MPV: 6 passengers, 6 cases. 9 Seater Minibus: 8 passengers, 8 cases.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card online when booking, or by card or cash to the driver.
What is your cancellation policy?

What do the "from" fleet prices cover?
The fleet "from" prices are the minimum fare for a short local transfer, such as Hounslow to Heathrow. Long-distance routes are priced in the fixed fares table.
