Landing at London Gatwick (LGW) after a long flight, the last thing you want is confusion about where your driver is. Here is exactly how the Kam Transport pickup procedure works at Gatwick — at both the North and South Terminals.

Before you fly

When you book at kamtransport.co.uk, give us your flight number. We track it in real time, so even if your flight is delayed by 4 hours your driver will arrive at the new landing time at no extra cost.

When you land

  1. Switch your phone on. You'll receive an SMS / WhatsApp with your driver's name, mobile number, vehicle make/model and registration.
  2. Clear immigration and collect your bags. Take your time — you have 60 minutes of free waiting from the moment you land.
  3. Exit through Customs into the Arrivals Hall.

Meeting your driver — Gatwick North Terminal

Your Kam Transport driver will be waiting in the Arrivals meeting area, opposite Costa Coffee, holding a name board with your name (or the lead passenger's name) on it.

Meeting your driver — Gatwick South Terminal

For South Terminal arrivals, look for your driver at the bottom of the escalators in the Arrivals Hall, near the WHSmith. Again, they'll be holding a name board.

Where the car is parked

All Gatwick meet & greet pickups use the airport's official short-stay car park, a 2–3 minute walk (or covered shuttle) from arrivals. The driver will carry your bags and walk you to the vehicle — the short-stay parking fee is already included in your fixed price.
